Attention Parents!!

Once again, another Chinese toy has been pulled from the shelves worldwide. This time the product is Aqua Dots a bead set that you can spray with water to get them sticky and then create designs with your children. Cases have been popping up worldwide where some children have swallowed the beads and gone into comas because of the chemicals on the beads which when metabolized becomes similar to the date rape drug. A two year old Australian boy and a 10 year old girl have both been hospitalized after swallowing large amounts of the beads.

Aqua Dots were on Wal-Mart's list of top 12 Christmas toys this holiday season, so for all of you parents out there who might have had them on your list of toys to get your kids this year, TAKE IT OFF! And I would suggest to limit the amount of toys you are purchasing that say made in China on them this year. With this recent outbreak of recalls because of the quality of toy being made, it not only can put your children into life threatening danger, but also can put anyone who is handling the defective toy at risk as well. So have a safe holiday season and enjoy the special time you will get with your family.
